Can I customise the appearance of my letterbox gift?
Yes! Just like our larger care packages, our letterbox gifts are fully customisable.

- Hamper filler colour

- Optional finishing touches like dried flowers, balloons, or paper confetti
We’ll print your personal message and include it on your chosen card,print or tag inside the box.
How long does it take for a letterbox gift to be delivered?
We’re quick!
- Order by 11am on a weekday and we’ll post it the same day
- Orders placed after that are still usually posted the same day if they are ready to send before our 2pm Royal Mail collection
- Select Tracked 24 for next-day delivery or Tracked 48 for delivery within 2–3 days
If your gift is urgent, just get in touch — we’ll always try to help.
Can I include a personalised message with the gift?
Of course! Choose one of our note cards, free of charge and type your message. We will them include this inside your letterbox gift box!

Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging for the letterbox gifts?
Our letterbox gifts are send in a beautiful Where Bluebirds Fly gift box. Inside the box your gifts are all wrapped together in your choice of pamper and are in a little nest of hamper filler! You can also add some little finishing touches to your gift box too including dried flowers, balloons and paper heart confetti.
Can I track the delivery of the letterbox gift?
Yes, Tracked 48 postage is include free of charge!
You will receive an email from us with your tracking number once your gift has been booked onto a collection. You will also receive updates on your gift delivery from Royal Mail too as well as a notification once it has been delivered.
