The paper is individually handmade in India using recycled cotton rags collected from garment industries and recycling centres. The cotton is processed into pulp before being combined with natural fibres to create a distinctive paper that is both sustainable and completely odourless.
Lovingly made by a long-standing artisan supplier in India, these notebooks support a growing ethical business employing over 200 people with excellent working conditions, fair wages and valuable employee benefits including subsidised medical care, meals and pension contributions.
