What are Bird-Day's?

Every month we choose a few customer's to receive a Bird-Day delivery! This is a surprise gift box of treats (pamper items/sweet treats/exclusive discounts) for you to enjoy, sent to your door completely free of charge! There is no catch – we just want to spread a little bit of happiness and say a big thank you to our lovely customers!

If you would be happy for us to send you a few treats you can opt in at the checkout-

we won't use your details for any other purpose than to post you out a box of goodies (to your billing address) if you are selected and your personal details wont be shared with anyone else.

When will my gift be dispatched?

Our gifts are all hand packed by our small team of Bluebirds- Orders placed before 11am Monday-Friday will usually be dispatched the same day, although during busier periods dispatch may be delayed until the next working day. Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed over a weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday-Friday)

Will the receipt/billing information be sent to the recipient?

No, Never!

Our Bluebird boxes are a gift in the post send directly to the recipient, so we would like them to arrive as exactly that- we know that a copy of the invoice or a receipt will spoil the sentiment so this will never be included. We will however email a copy of the payment receipt and order confirmation to your provided email address after purchase- if you would like a paper copy please get in touch and we can arrange this for you too.


Can I remain anonymous?

Absolutely!

If you do not wish to include your name you don't have to and none of your details will be sent to the recipient so unless you choose to tell them so it will remain a complete mystery!

If they do get in touch to see who sent their gift we will not give away the secret, we will however send you a quick email to let you know that they are curious and will leave it up to you to spill the beans if you wish!


How can I personalise my gift?

We know how much you care about getting your gift exactly right and we will do our best to create it exactly how you picture it!

Every order can include your own gift note… as long or short as you wish, your choice of gift card and gift wrap and we also have a selection of finishing touches for you to choose from if you wish to make your gift box absolutely perfect.


What will my Bluebird Box look like?

Your gifts will arrive in a beautiful Where Bluebirds Fly gift box filled with our bespoke Bluebird Blue coloured hamper filler (made from recyclable paper) We also have the option to add additional gift wrap and finishing touches to your gift.

Our gift boxes are Biodegradable, Compostable and made with water based inks, they are also made in a facility that meets the requirements outlined in the EU’s Clean Air Programme and are tree positive as we also donate trees and make sure that we plant more trees than we use!


Your gift box will be sent in a compostable mailer bag to protect it during transit.


My order hasn’t arrived yet?

Deliveries can take a little longer during busier periods, hopefully your gift will be arriving very soon.

You can keep an eye on the current status of your parcel by checking your Royal Mail tracking number (if you haven't received this please let us know!)

If you have not received your order after 10 working days from your dispatch email, please email the Bluebird Team at: thenest@wherebluebirdsfly.co.uk and we will investigate and resolve the issue for you.
