responded to all questions quickly, dealt with the order and contents and managed to deliver the care packages on time and everyone loved it!
I had an issue where one of our staff decided to move in with their parents for the second lockdown therefore missed the package delivery,
once I realised this, Laura helped to put another smaller package together so I can give it to a colleague so they'll have something to open with the rest of the team.
She only allowed me to pay for postage only and not the content, which is above and beyond what I expected.
I cannot praise you enough for the gifts, quick response and how nice you are.
