How quickly do you deliver?

We hand-pack every order in York, and most UK deliveries arrive in 2–3 working days. Orders before 11am usually dispatch the same day.

Can I include a personal note or photo?

Yes! Every gift box can include a personalised gift note or photo card to make it really personal.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, for most gift boxes you can choose tissue and filler. Letterbox gifts can’t be wrapped externally but are still beautifully presented.
