FAQs


How quickly do you deliver?

We hand-pack every order in our York studio and offer fast, tracked UK delivery, usually within 2-3 working days. If you order before 11am your gift will usually leave us the same day!

Can I include a personal note?

Absolutely! Every box comes with the option to add a gift note, you can even upload a photo and create a personalised photo card too.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, optional gift wrapping is available on our build your own care packages and gift boxes for a beautifully finished look. Unfortunately we can't wrap our letterbox gifts (as this will stop them fitting through the letterbox) but you can choose your gift box, tissue paper and hamper filler still!
