My friend loved her gift which she commented was beautifully packaged. I had a few problems ordering online but the team replied to my email promptly, sorted the issue and even gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Excellent product and excellent customer service.

Ordered for a friend after an operation to cheer her up. She loved it. Said products were really good quality, particularly the wrist rollerball said smelt amazing! Was packaged beautifully too with a lovely card & arrived within 2 days of ordering. Would definitely order again. Such a nice gift to give & excellent service. Thank you.

Best letter box gift I’ve found that has enough options that you can build a box that doesn’t feel generic but more personal to the recipient. Loved it! Would definitely do it again. Thanks.
