I ordered a ‘create your own’ gift box for my friend’s birthday, who lives in France. The website made it really easy to order and personalise, and I was really impressed with the speed of processing and delivering the order. She absolutely loves her box and has been really happy with all of the gifts inside. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the box I purchased for a family member has taken a long time to deliver (still hasn’t arrived) which would be fine but the tracking only gives you an update if they have tried to deliver, so there’s no indication of when it will arrive. I am sure the box will be lovely but it’d be nice to have a better idea of where the box is.

Hello Georgia,
I am so sorry to hear that your gift is taking longer than expected to arrive.
I have looked into this for you and your gift was sent on the 30th January using the Royal Mail second class service, this usually takes between 3-5 working days so it should hopefully arrive no later than Tuesday 5th of February (although hopefully a little sooner)
I hope this will give you some indication on when to expect your parcel to arrive and I do hope that when it does arrive that your family member will be happy with their gift.
