Hi Alice, We’re so sorry to hear you were disappointed. We’ve checked your order and it looks like the ‘no gift message’ option was selected when building your gift box, which means a card and message wouldn’t have been included or come through to us with the order information. If a message was added earlier, it would only be removed if the ‘no gift message’ box was selected afterwards — it’s an easy thing to miss when editing your gift. We apologise again for any disappointment and hope the person you sent it to still enjoyed your gift. We’ll also take another look at how that step appears on screen to help avoid any confusion in future. Thanks for sharing your feedback.

I ordered a custom gift box for an ill loved one. I am overseas and wished I could be there with them, so the ability to be able to hand pick items gives such a personal touch to the gift and the recipient was thrilled! Fantastic options to choose from. I will definitely be using this company again to send gifts to my family and friends!
