Each of our gift boxes is lovingly hand-packed by our small team of Bluebirds in York, ensuring that every package is made with care, attention to detail, and a personal touch.

Step 1: Choose Your Gift Box or Care Package
Start by selecting the perfect box for your gift. You can choose from a variety of styles, each ready to be filled with your chosen items.
Step 2: Pick Your Gifts
Select from a wide range of options for your gift package, such as books, puzzles, pampering treats, hot drinks, snacks, vegan-friendly goodies, and more. With so many options, it’s easy to create a bundle of treats something they’ll really love.
Step 3: Add Personalised Touches

Step 4: Select Your Delivery Option
Choose the delivery method that best suits your needs. We offer Tracked 48 postage as standard, or you can upgrade to Tracked 24 for faster delivery.

What a gem of a business to stumble across! I was on the look out for a gift to send to a friend and by chance I found ‘Where Bluebirds Fly’. With the customisable options and vast array of books and accessories to choose from, I could really put together such a personal, thoughtful gift. The packaging was beautiful, and my friend was absolutely over the moon! Amazing value for money and free, fast delivery too. I can’t recommend them enough!

The gift boxes from this company are wonderful! I have sent two packages now and both have been received really well. Delivered on time and well-presented packaging . I also think the price is extremely reasonable when considering the quality of the items and similar letterbox style deliveries, which I don’t think are nearly as good. The only thing I would like added is a way to filter for items in the build your own package category, such as books, snacks…etc. to avoid having to scroll through pages. But would definitely purchase again 🙂

That’s such a helpful suggestion about adding filters to the letterbox gift box builder. Because of the way it’s set up, it’s a bit trickier than our regular gift box builder, but we’ll definitely have a proper look into whether we can make it happen – leave it with us!
In the meantime, we’ve just added a little search feature which might help if you already have something in mind, like chocolate or puzzle books. Hopefully that makes things a bit easier while we explore filter options 🙂

I used this company to send a thoughtful gift after receiving one myself, which was a wonderful and novel (to me) experience. The website was easy to navigate to tailor a unique and lovely gift box, which was then delivered very quickly and much appreciated by the recipient.

Good chose of products
Good chose of products for a really good price, quick delivery, my friend really loved her gift.
Web page a bit glitchy, wouldn’t let me add a gift card, when I went back to try again I lost my basket and had to start again. But would still use Where Bluebirds Fly again .
